Since Shareholder's day was recorded, might it be possible to make all of the proceedings available online?

Hi Drew,
I've been to most of the Shareholder Meetings since I joined Southwest (except for this year--my post above this one explains where I was). In most meetings, the biggest portion of the agenda is Gary's speech, which has been excerpted on the pod casts. The second biggest portion is the audience Q&A. (The introduction of specific proposals is very formal, and the counting of ballots goes on during Gary's speech and the Q&A.) Unfortunately, as much as we try to get microphones to the Shareholders asking questions, we don't always succeed, which affects the audio quality of the Q&A session. I don't know if the quality is good enough for a podcast, but your comment will be read by those who know.

I flew on your airline last Monday and I really enjoyed it.
The reason I enjoyed it so much was because the public safety briefing was so funny!!! I learned the safety features with a sense of humor.
Please pass this email on to encourage upper management.

Thanks,
Beverly Talbott

To the employees of Southwest Airlines;
I just want you to know how much my family apppreciated your $99.00 fare from Detroit to Arizona this past week. It may not seem like much to you everyday, but to my family it meant that my nephew could fly home for an extra visit with our extended family. That, too, may not sound that extraordinary. To my family it meant a great deal. You see, his only brother (and sibling) died last August, leaving him an only child sharing a broken heart with his parents, aunts ,uncles, grandparents and cousins.
His visit shows us a future and reminds us how important family and love for one another is to us all.
Thanks,
NIna

Self-contained, self-regulated passenger compartment. The plane lands, a self-contained passenger compartment slides off onto a transfer mode, a new compartment is inserted into plane. Advantages: Boarding and unboarding of compartment can be performed away from plane - boarding issues resolved prior, people load own luggage, plane spends minimum time on ground, compartment completely separated from all other components of plane, compartment with parachutes jettisoned in emergency.

I read the Baltimore Sun article today talking about Southwest's International plans. As a frequent flyer of Southwest, I can't wait!!!! Getting anywhere in the country on Southwest is easy, getting outside the country from BWI is really tough. This should give us the best of both worlds.

By the way, they mentioned the possibility of ending open seating. DON'T DO IT!!!! I consider it one of the best benefits of flying Southwest and a unique way to differentiate yourself in a me too world.

I hope you fire the agent that stopped a 23 year old women from boarding a flight to Tuscon because her outfit was too revealing. You have got to be kidding me with this- are you the taliban- who made southwest the fashion police?!?!?! This is absolutely unbelievable as I could not believe it when I heard the report on Fox News. I hope you are sued over this and you owe her a public apology. I'll make sure I never fly southwest. If I do I'll show up in a jock strap- and THAT you don't want!!!!!!!!!!!!!
