A lot of you are familiar with the Southwest Airlines Customer who was asked to cover up her outfit, and there has been a lot of attention devoted to this subject. Passengers are paying customers who can choose which airline they fly. United Capt. Denny Flanagan seems to understand this. (see

I, for one, cannot afford to trust my travel or patience with to a company that is liable to make an arbitrary person decision like this.
