The ABC’s of Southwest Airlines’ Corporate Community Affairs Team

By:

I recently attended my first Corporate Community Relations Consortium meeting in San Jose, where corporate community relations/affairs professionals network and share benchmarks.  I left the meeting feeling a sense of pride for what these committed colleagues (representing Fortune 500 companies such as Yahoo, Intel, eBay, HP, Cisco Systems, and Adobe to name a few)... read more

James Bond and the DC-3

By:

Okay, the only relation this post has to Southwest Airlines is that it is about aviation and I am writing it.  However, as a big James Bond fan and a even bigger fan of the Douglas DC-3--I took my first airplane ride on one in 1954, I had to share this post that I found on the Flight International blog.  It looks like the next Bond film is going to feature this venerable... read more
