Funny, I think of MRO as meaning "Maintenance , Repair, and Overhaul" - I think that's standard for the industry.

Here are a couple more that I've seen used at other airlines:
CSR - Customer Service Rep
DB - Denied Boarding

How about listing some of the operational acronyms like ATOG?

INOP: inoperative
CXLD: canceled
WX: weather

RON = Remain Over Night (aircraft stays in that city 'till the next morning)

These are the only three I can think of:
RSA-Reservation Sales Agent
FA-Flight Attendant
CSA-Customer Service Agent

SWA LUV! :)

73C = Ford Plane
73G = 737-700
TZ = ATA (the airline)
EDCT = Estimated Departure Clearance Time (i.e. in a delay, the estimated departure clearance time when ATC is in flow control)
ATC = Air Traffic Control
HUD = Heads-Up Display (the cool gear in the cockpit that allows pilots to land in low visibility - SWA has this on all current planes, a major differentiator to its peer airlines)

BB - Blog Boy.
EBB - Kim Seale.
OTA - On Time Arrival (used often by SWA, not so common on other airlines.)
RR - Frequent Flyer Program.
FA - Friendly Attitude (seen in abundance at SWA, not so abundant on other airlines.)
GA - Great Attitude (also seen in abundance at SWA.)
FT - Flyer Talk, my second favorite airline site.
SSSS - S---, S---, S---, S--- (The same four letter word uttered four times under your breath when you see you have been Selected For Secondary Security Screening.)
WA - Wrong Amendment.
ATC - Air Traffic Control, the people who tell the pilots where to go.
TSA - Talking and Standing Around.
OP - Original Poster. Used to describe the person who starts a topic on a Blog or Forum. Also describes Ron Howard.

More later if I can think of any.

Sincerely,

WTBB
