  Grande, Please!

Grande, Please!

What are your morning caffeine rituals?  Do you drink the same black coffee every morning with French vanilla or hazelnut creamer?  The power of coffee not only does wonders for my attention level, of course, but really plays a role mentally for me.I base what kind of coffee I choose to drink each and every morning by how jam packed my day is planned out to be.

I trick and treat myself to a Carmel Latte with low fat milk on days I believe to be 'extra' busy.  If I'm feeling really crazy, I may take it from a Tall to a Grande!  It's a complete mind game, but from the moment I receive that latte, snug in its cardboard jacket, I know I've just started my day out right.

What's better yet, they have now marketed the new Skinny Latte, for those more health conscious folks out there.  I used to tell myself, it's ok to drink this latte of goodness, even if it does go straight to my head and my hips, I have an extra busy day today!  Kudos to whomever thought that I can manage my day with more grace with the power of a Skinny Latte in my hand!

I was on at least the tenth cup of joe for the day, waiting for my next "client." Things had been slow in the private eye game, so when I heard the clickety clack of her heels on the wood floor and got a whiff of gardenia's, I knew I could afford to have some eggs with my go juice the next morning. As she floated in, I asked her, "Want some coffee?" That's when I saw that darn cardboard cup and I knew that plain old java wouldn't satisfy this dame.

Welcome to the blog Michelle!

Depends on the time of year. During the summer and fall, I take my coffee black with just a hint of sugar, as it is fuel for my morning marathon training sessions. During other times of the year, the coffee becomes richer, with cream and other flavors finding themselves in the mix.

Brian ... do we have an aspiring Mickey Spillane in our midst?

I'll take my cup with cream and sweet and low.

I like to tackle a Venti Mocha Frappachino once or twice a week too. ; )

Now how about that airplane java?
Ever wonder WHY it's good on one flight then on another flight
it's dreadful? Don't blame the Flight Attendants or the
coffee. We serve the finest French roast on all flights!

Blame the City in which we had water service! The water is fresh...
it's just that not all water tastes the same. Just add more sugar!
That's our secret! ;)
