Today is Southwest's 38th Birthday, and to celebrate the occasion, our CEO, Gary Kelly, accompanied by other Southwest Employees, rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange this morning. HAPPY 38TH BIRTHDAY, SOUTHWEST AIRLINES! Yea! *Throws party & passes out cake, candy corn, nuts, drinks, & presents.* :) I knew today is the Company's birthday & have been excited about it for a long time! I gave my friends a card & some goodies at the TUL station Tuesday.
