Nuts About Southwest

So, by now I’m sure you’ve seen the awesome cover of SkyMall that is currently onboard our airplanes.  If you haven’t, stop reading this and get on a Southwest flight pronto.  You don’t know what you’re missing.  If this is not possible immediately, you’ll have to just be temped with the photo of the cover.

What’s on the cover you say ?   Well, that’s right, it’s the beloved Slanket!  We have several folks in and around the Southwest Communications  Department vouching for how super warm and snuggly these awesome Slankets truly are.  Where’s this going you ask, and  why are we discussing this ? It's because we want you to join us this week at the Southwest Porch at Bryant Park, Southwest’s little home away from home in the Big Apple.

Today, tomorrow, and Thursday, Southwest is partnering with SkyMall and giving away branded Slankets, SkyMall gift cards, and a Yeti!  That’s right, each night we’ll be raffling off tremendous gifts, treating the attendees to drinks on us, and even passing a bit of the famous Porch popcorn around for tasting. 

Come on out if you can, the air is cold, but the Southwest Porch is warm! We’ll have fun loving Southwest Employees and SkyMall Employees at the Porch to greet you between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. each night.  We’ve got a Slanket with your name on it (well it’s our name, but you get the point).
