Does anyone ever win these games? I wish companies would be more transparent - actually show me the winners and tell me what they won! The cynical me suspects that companies put out games that don't have winning tickets (like McDonalds' monopoly game) or suitcases (like Southwest).

I agree with the above poster. These contests/giveaways/sweepstakes seems like scams to pull in traffic.

I've been playing ever day. I play boxes 1 and 2 havent won yet. If theres only 8 boxes how is it possible I havent won an instants yet. Its seems like a scam

I have always flown southwest but this game has me thinking they are pulling something sneaky.....

Same sentiments here as well. I have been playing everyday since the games inception and havent won anything. My wife also plays everyday and she hasn't won either. Making me very suspicious about the whole thing

Guys, the rules clearly state that one Award ticket is being given away in a daily prize. When you consider there are millions of Rapid Rewards Customers and if only 250,000 of them were playing the game regularly, just beccause you may not have won a prize doesn't mean anything is sneaky. There's no cost to play and the longer you play, the better the odds are in your favor.

Brian's kinda right.

According to the rules, there are a finite number of prizes being allotted, including a limited number of RR credits, half-credits and quarter-credits.

I was initially under the impression (like it seems others on here were) that when picking one of eight suitcases, you had at least a 1-in-8 chance to win something (whether it was a credit or flight), but as best I can tell that's not a guarantee.

Southwest has never let me down before (I've been flying with them for years), and although this promotion is somewhat deceptive in presentation, it's definitely not a scam. It's just harder to win than we initially thought.

Pick suitcase #2. Trust me.

Does anyone know........... If you pick (for example) suitcase 1 on your first try, are all the suitcases reset in such a way that suitcase 1 may have a prize on your second try......or do the odds suddenly become 1 in 7?

I agree...something is wrong. I have played #8 case 45 days in a row (and most of the time I have got the quiz question correct so say x 2 = 90 games) and I have never got ANYTHING. They should at least show you which was the winning case if you got it wrong... I mean geez you could at least give some free drink vouchers or deck of playing cards if you get the 1 out of 8 cases correct if you are not going to give away the credits or flights with every try.
