No more Whining about the Wine

I am in no way a wine a connoisseur! I don't care if it's the most or least expensive wine. I don't care what it smells like or where the grapes came from. All I care about is the taste. And the wine I like the most is Moscato. Mixed with a little Riesling and it's even better. How about these? Just thinking about a recent Southwest experience that probably wouldn't happen at many other companies…I got an email inviting me to a wine tasting on the second floor of our building. Are T-Shirts a Core Competency?

I could be wrong (very wrong) but I thought the "Attire Incident" was due to a customer complaint. A customer with children on the plane. I definitely see how you say it is a bit hypocritical for SW to refuse service to someone with more clothing than the FAs used to wear. But SW has changed their image since then. They have gone to a more family friendly outlook. So please don't give up on us just yet! My wife bought me a T-shirt the other day. Toddlers take to the skies

Another good idea to entertain the tots is an unusaul item that is in every seatback pocket - the barf bag! Use those crayons you brought along to color the bag. You can make a puppet by drawing a face on the bottom of the bag. You can use it as a goody bag - tell your kiddies that if they behave well enough then there may be some treats to put inside when you arrive to your destination. Jazzed about New Orleans

Wow. I never realized there was such a demand for nonstop service between BHM and MSY. I know that when we (BHM) restarted service to MSY it was a big deal, but I never knew it was this desired. Well, looks like everyone got what they asked for! Jazz Fest is wrapping up this weekend and I have seen positive reports about its role in the city's healing.
