Hello everyone! I have recently came across this website in search for some insight on my career search. I recently applied to two (2) positions with Southwest one in Dallas, the other in Indianapolis as a Records Analyst. My 10 years of Naval service has given me the chance to gain experience in the aviation field as a Records Analyst. I will be separating in the next 5 months, with the intent to grasp a career with southwest. Does anyone know the process of the application steps when the HR receives them? The position in Indiana has now closed, but the Dallas position is still currently open. I also have emailed a couple people from this website of whom publicly gave out there contact info :) and still no response. Congrats to all who have obtained there position at Southwest ,maybe you can give me some insight on just how you did it..... :)
