If you’re like me and weren’t brave enough to venture out on Black Friday and go shopping (I don’t have enough football padding to survive that madness) and you missed Cyber Monday, there are still plenty of deals out there to be had. 

Today is America Recycles Day—a day nationally recognized and dedicated to encourage more Americans to commit to recycling every day of the year.  Every pledge counts—if all Americans recycled just one more can per week, the U.S. would be recycling at a rate of 75 percent and would save enough energy to power almost 300,000 average U.S.

Fall is my favorite time of year, and I love to watch the leaves change from the vibrant green in the summer to the beautiful fall colors—red, orange, and yellow.  As I watch the leaves change, I’m taking the time to change my focus to things that truly matter. 

What do fall, adult beverages and delicious snacks, and a big screen TV all have in common?  It’s Sunday night, which means it’s time to kick back with family and friends to catch the football game!  When you’re inviting everyone over to enjoy the big game, don’t forget to party with your green filter to keep the waste to a minimum and not party too hard on the environment.&
