Acronyms.

Here are a few of the acronyms we use around the airport: CSM = Customer Service Manager CSS = Customer Service Supervisor ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival ETD = Estimated Time of Departure FLIFO = Flight Information HK = Held and Confirmed (This is a reservation code to show that an itinerary is confirmed.)
