| Southwest CEO Gary Kelly Playing Guitar |
| Dear Mr. Kelley. HELP -- please play a song for me? I can't log onto your southwest airlines website anymore? I need for you to get someone in your IT department to help me? For about a month now, I can't log onto your website? It just runs and runs. It is the ONLY website I cannot get access? Did you update your website within the last month? If so, what do I do to get your software to load properly. I can't review flight information on line anymore, I can't book a flight anymore, I can't check in anymore, I can't do anything? And, your 800 number is not friendly--always waiting for 15 minutes or more, and your "customer service" employees are not equipped to answer IT questions. Can you strum your way to your IT department and have someone call me ASAP? contact information: rcpav at 412-787-5094 I love flying Southwest, but I am having trouble. I don't have trouble on my work computer. I'm thinking your website is not compatible with Windows Vista? But, I did not have this trouble a month ago? WHAT's UP? HELP! | The Need for Speed |
| I love that Southwest has a need for Speed. I really enjoy flying Southwest. However, I have a "need for speed" on your website. I cannot log onto your website anymore and it is almost impossible to call Southwest and book a flight these days. Can someone at Southwest help? What have you done in the past month? I use to be able to log onto your website instantly, and now I can't?
What is happening? Have you updated your website and it isn't compatible with Windows Vista Operating System anymore? This has been happening for about a month now. I don't know what to do, It took two hours to load your website, and another 30 minutes to log into Book a Flight and then I was frozen. It seems to be having trouble loading a picture or two? After the two hours, I only got 1/2 your picture loaded. I went to my HP representative and they can't understand it either. Yours is the only website this happens with. So, my tools are all working.
Please help Southwest,
from "Need for Speed" Customer
Since the beginning of aviation, the goal has been (until recently) to fly higher, farther, and faster. Flying farther (on less fuel) is still a main goal, but since the retirement of Concorde a few years ago, we are flying lower and slower. The sound barrier is still a barrier when it comes to commercial travel, and while the military goes faster and higher, most of us will never exceed |
