Well this will be great if I could just log onto Southwest.com? HELP -- I can't review flight information on line anymore, I can't book a flight anymore, I can't check in anymore, I can't do anything in Southwest.com anymore? I love flying Southwest and would really enjoy Wi-Fi in the air, but I can't get into the air, if I can't log onto your website. Have you done something to your website in the past month? Can someone help me? Your website just runs and runs and won't load. HELP? I have Windows Vista Operating System, and this is the ONLY website I can't load? What's up? Please provide some support and advise. And, your 800 number is not friendly--always waiting for 15 minutes or more, and your "customer service" employees are not equipped to answer IT questions anyway. I need someone from your IT department to help me? What do I do to get your software to load properly.
HELP!

I can no longer load up the southwest website. What's up?????

I had this same problem for about 6 months! Very frustrating. Southwest.com would not load on my computers at home. However, it would load at work and other places. This was the only website that had problems.

Solution: The problem was my router. I updated the firmware and now southwest.com loads fine!

My router was Linksys WRT54-G. I found the firmware to download on www.linksys.com

Instructions to update firmware:

Good Luck!

I have the same problem.. very frustrating. I wish SouthWest would fix the website. I have sent the a complaint as well as your post. Why should we have to upgrade the firmware on the router to just get access? Doesn't make sense. Thanks for the tip though..

I am having the same problems and have been for several months - actually about 6 months. Southwest is the only website that will not load for me. I have several computers and a linksys router - tried the previous commenter's suggestion of upgrading the firmware, but it did not help. I also tried calling customer service but no one was able to answer any questions regarding the website, which was frustrating.

I also have the same issue. This post has more info. I have not tried this command so far

I had the same problem for a long time. Just updated the firmware on my Linksys WRT54-G V5 router and now I can access without a problem! It only took about 10 minutes. If you have the router - update it!
