I was recently spoke with chef Tom Colicchio of Bravo's Top Chef at his lower Manhattan restaurant Craftsteak.  He does a great Arnold Schwarzenegger impression (or is it Wolfgang Puck?) and talks about his involvement with the Southwest Porch at Bryant Park.
