Winning Spirit is an Award is given to Employees who go above and beyond to help a Customer or Fellow Employee. Awards are presented every other month by our CEO, Gary Kelly, and other officers whose departments are represented. The Awards were given out yesterday and all of the recipients were all well deserving, but one story caught my ear.
