Have you ever thought about your very first recollection, and if so, is it something you hold dear?

Working in an airport every day, you’re bound to see a familiar face or two. Whether it be a celebrity, a long-lost friend, or…the Founder/Chairman Emeritus and the President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines?! Alas, it was not Herb Kelleher and Colleen Barrett flying out of Buffalo on July 7th, but it was two Southwest Customers: John and Edith Spain.

 Sarah's last day as our summer Intern is today.  Before she gets away from us and returns to the University of Texas for her last year of graduate school, we asked her to share some of her "finds" from the summer.
