Susie Boersma

Susie Boersma is currently a Manager for Airport Performance Improvement. She started with Southwest Airlines in July of 2000 is enjoying a career filled with challenging opportunities. One of those opportunities, Susie then tried her luck as a Customer Service Supervisor. During this phase, she stumbled into reality television fame on the A&E series “Airline”. On the show you may have seen her 1) tell a gentlemen to watch out for cockroaches climbing up his leg, 2) sprint a connecting couple from one terminal to another, or 3) boogie down on a cruise ship. After the Customer Service gig, she explored the realm of Ground Operations with the Airport Improvement Team. Susie is also an active member of the Corporate Culture Committee. Being apart of this Committee gives her the chance to get out there and tell everyone what an asset they are to Southwest’s Culture and future. Susie was recently recognized with the President's Award. She lives by the motto “Work hard, play hard, and SLEEP.”  She loves exploring new towns across of beautiful country.
