I am a mother or 2 and a professional photographer. My husband and I purchased Southwest stock when it was being sold at $14- only regret is that we did not purchase more! We fly SW as often as we can and love the airline!

Favorite Southwest Moment
I recently was on flight 1716, and was about to meet with my husband for a get away. Hubby had given me drink coupons but unfortunately they were expired. Steve did not let them dampen my spirit. He brought me 2 white wines on the house! Best customer relations ever!! I have told this story many times over and expressed why SW is my favorite airline! Thanks Steve- he was a doll and wonderful to chat with also!!
