Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, Raised in York, Pennsylvania, and currently residing in Scottsdale, Arizona, I was hired into the Southwest family in November of 2006. I was previously employed in various call centers from 1995 to about 1999. From customer service, to tech support, to quality monitoring, to telemarketing…you name it, I’ve done it! After that, I went into outside sales selling document management systems (okay, I sold copy machines!) for a major company, and then after that my father and I formed our own company. After a move to Charlotte by my father and a strange turn of events, I find myself working for a wonderful company! A graduate from the School Of Hard Knocks with a Master’s Degree, I currently live in Scottsdale, AZ with my cats Samuel L. Cerda and Joy. I’m an avid record collector (you know, those black plates of vinyl that play music) and do hip-hop music production on the side.
