I studied and enjoy transportation history. I am fascinated with the way people and goods get from Point A to Point B. I worked in aviation, as well, and enjoyed the experience immensely. When I moved to San Antonio I started flying Southwest more often. I enjoy flying with Southwest and it is my airline of choice for domestic flights!

Favorite Southwest Moment

A few years ago, I boarded the second to last flight out of STL before an impending snowstorm that eventually cancelled many flights for a couple of days. As we taxied from the gate the "ding" sounded. Shortly thereafter the captain made an announcement: "You know what that sound means; we have to go back to the gate." The passengers groaned. The captain came back, "Just kidding. We are first in line for take off." Some passengers were relieved and some were miffed, but I thought it was hilarious. We flew to DAL safely.

Bernie’s Big Trip to Spring Training!

As the Official Airline of the Milwaukee Brewers, we are proud to show our LUV and support for not just the players, but the entire organization; especially the mascots! Bernie, the beloved mascot of the Brewers, exchanged his parka and snow boots for his baseball cap and flip flops this past weekend.
