Just a twenty-something-year-old who is learning as she goes. I have a passion for communication and a heart for community. I’ve found the perfect marriage of these with my position at Southwest as the Community Relations and Charitable Giving Team’s lead communicator. I LUV it! (Insert Molly Shannon kick here.) English with a dash of Texas twang, y’all
Volunteering, P90Xing, pretending I can golf, attending concerts, soaking up sunshine with pretty much any outdoor activity, considering each day as an opportunity to learn and love, and my newest and most fiscally-responsible hobby - remixing!
I’m a daughter and sister (an inside look at the Welch Family is here), but most importantly, auntie to the three most precious little boys I’ve ever met.
No pets at the moment, but someday I’ll find that perfect, four-legged companion to join me on my jogs!

Your Favorite Southwest Story
One of the most special moments for me at Southwest was when I was sitting in a meeting with CEO Gary Kelly and some of Southwest’s most outstanding Employee volunteers. We gathered over breakfast to honor these volunteers’ contribution to our communities. I watched as they excitedly and sometimes tearfully shared their stories and their hearts for various causes. It meant so much to me that our company makes such an effort to support the causes that are closest to our Employees’ hearts. I’ve since experienced several special moments and countless tears of joy with my Coworkers. It’s a blessing every day to share in the lives of such amazing people.
