His primary responsibilities include monitoring and engaging with Customers on social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Flyertalk, and the Nuts About Southwest blog. Gabe’s passion for diversity and inclusion motivated him to get involved with the Company’s D&I efforts. He serves as an active Member of Southwest’s Corporate Diversity Council and is a Co-Chair for the LGBT Group, SWAGLE+ (Southwest Airlines Gay and Lesbian Employees+ Allies).
