James is currently a Flight Attendant based in our Chicago - Midway Base. James has also worked in our Reservations, Inflight Crew Scheduling, Inflight Crew Planning and Inflight Automation departments. James has been part of the Southwest Family for over 10 years. Prior to joining Southwest Airlines, James worked for a Legacy Carrier in the Information Technology department, but feels he has found a true “home” at Southwest Airlines. James had the honor of receiving the President's Award from Herb and Colleen in 2001 for his work in the Inflight Department. James is a Scorpio and currently lives in Oklahoma City, OK.
