My name is Laura and I am from Holland. I work for KLM (Holland based airline that was bought 4 years ago by Air France) as a flight attendant. I have been working for this company for 35 years and I luv my job. In 2005 I wrote my letter to Colleen along with chocolate hearts individually wrapped up with a heart quote attached to it. I told Colleen that I felt that the company I work for needs a lot more 'heart' and so I told the ceo and top management of KLM. (yes they also received chocolate hearts! Mr. Spinetta ceo of Air France as well) I didn't know that that time that the heart symbol was in the logo of SW. So I was very very touched when I received a letter from Colleen together with a few 'heart' presents. Then I saw for the first time the logo of SW.The content of the letter of Colleen was so full of heart! Since then Colleen is my s-hero. I have written to her many times since then and time after time she is encouraging and inspiring me to continue with my luv work within KLM. There is an awful lot of work to be done in this company. This SW blog inspires me also to continue and find ways to create coworkers and leaders at KLM that work from the heart. Thank All of you participating in this blog!! Heartgreetings from Laura
