I was born and raised in California's San Fernando Valley. I moved to Sacramento in August of 1995 when I started my first semester of school at Sacramento State. I am employed by PRIDE Industries where I am a Mobility And Production (MAP) Trainer. I have been with PRIDE Industries since July of 2000. I have been an Amtrak Volunteer Station Host since 2010 where I am able to "Show The Spirit" in my community. As long as I volunteer 100 or more hours per calendar year, I am eligible for one free roundtrip ticket within the State of California that Amtrak travels to. I also volunteer in 2011-2012 for Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson as a member of "Think BIG Sacramento." This is a coalition of 72 business, labor, and elected officials throughout the Six-County Sacramento Region that is dedicated to assist in the financing of a new entertainment sports complex for the greater Sacramento area to be located in the Downtown Sacramento Railyards. If constructed and completed, it would become the home of the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association and the premiere home for great entertainment like concerts and shows for the Sacramento Region and Northern California.
