My fiance and I met through work about 4 years ago. He lives near Springfield, MA, I live in Annapoils, MD. For the past 4 years we have been flying back and forth almost every weekend (thanks to Southwest!). I knew it was getting serious as the Rapid Rewards points started really adding up :). We're getting married next August, and will then likely move near his home in Massachusetts. But, since I work for a fmaily business, I will continue with my job and likely fly "home" to Maryland a couple of times per month. As a meeting planner, I also travel frequently for work. I fly Southwest whenever possible - and am known to go out of my way to do so. For example, we often have meetings at the O'Hare Airport in Chicago. I almost always fly Southwest to Midway, then take the L train all the way into the city and out to O'Hare.

Favorite Southwest Moment

I <3 the Rapid Rewards program and A-List status! It makes flying to see my fiance such a breeze. I can easily get through security, check bags if I need to, and be guaranteed a seat near the front of the plance to jump off and run to see him. I also enjoy the flight attendants. They are always so friendly and funny and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and the company they work for. Their enthusiasm is infectious. It's always fun to hear the whole plane laughing and clapping at the end of a long day, due to a flight attendants witty remarks.
