I work for a retailer and travel the country setting new stores. I'm on the road 10 days and home for 4; then repeat. Needless to say; I get on a Southwest plane a lot!

Fun Facts

Favorite Southwest Moment

Too many to mention! However; always having fun flight attendants is a must; and always happens :) A few months ago; a flight attendant on our flight from Kansas City to Louisville, Ky was from Louisville. The pilot was from the east coast; and the two went back and forth saying "Loooey-ville" or "loooois-ville" the pilot even interrupted the flight attendant during her speech over safety when she said the city we were going to and said it his way. the flight attendant then said "go back to Worchester; pronouncing it wrong. lol

Working in Customer Relations is a unique experience. No two e-mails or telephone calls are the same. A few weeks ago, I received an e-mail from Captain Peter Lindblom of the New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD) who told me about the NOFD’s relationship with the New York Fire Department (FDNY), which started after September 11, 2001. New Orleans firefighters traveled to New York to help their... read more

After a series of storms in the west over the past several days, cold air will finally start to drop southward into the western half of the country over the weekend. It will start to feel like December in at least part of the country!
