I am Minnesota born and raised, but don’t call me a Gopher fan. I spent my college career in Grand Forks, ND, Home of the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux! I am a certified ‘Airplane Nerd’ and private pilot. I got started with the airlines working for a regional carrier at the Grand Forks airport. I fell in LUV with Southwest when they announced they were opening MSP in 2009. I applied for every job posted and got hired as a Customer Service Agent. I started at Chicago Midway in 2010 as a Customer Service Supervisor and LUV what I do!

If my schedule allows, I like to watch The Price is Right. One day, I’m going to go spin the big wheel! I also dabble in aviation photography when I can. Sometimes, I need to escape the airplanes, so I hop in my full-sized, American sedan and hit the open road.

Favorite Travel Destinations
Any airplane nerd LUVs to eat at the In-n-Out Burger off Sepulveda right by LAX. There’s nothing like featuring a Double Double with airplanes coming in over the treetops. For everybody else, I have to recommend the sugary beaches of Panama City, FL. It’s a great place to relax after a game of golf.
Your Favorite Southwest Story
I am still very new to the Southwest family, but I have lots of great stories! Our Las Vegas Spirit Parties have been a blast! Working in growing stations with a growing airline is a fantastic privilege I am very thankful for.

What a busy month of
growth it has been for Southwest Airlines, with the addition of three new cities
to our schedule. Here in Chicago-Midway, we now feature nonstop service to each
of our three new destinations: Charleston and Greenville-Spartanburg, South
