Flew a couple million miles on your competition over in Fort Worth. I switched to Southwest because: I liked your seats better (now going away). I liked the free drinks you mailed me all the time (pretty much gone). I really liked the simple and valuable rewards I received from the Rapid Rewards program (gone for a few years now). I like your cabin crew's friendly attitude. Why do I still fly SWA? I'm not entirely sure.
