Great Southwest Flight Crew!

They showed great support on my way to LA to shoot my first promo for TV.

Love you guys!

There is absolutely no need to sell me on SouthWest, everything about this airline is terrific! I wouldn't fly with anyone else!

Southwest allows me affordable trips to Oklahoma to spend time with my grandchildren---I fly from St. Louis near my other daughter's home or I drive into Chicago and fly from Midway, but I really would like to see Southwest fly in and out of Moline , IL and the Quad Cities! Southwest IS my airline of choice even if I have to drive 4 hours to get to an airport! LOVE you guys!!!!

The crew of Southwest Airlines...wonderful . As a fearful flyer for many years, I am proud to say that I am no longer afraid to fly. I used to be panic stricken and had to force myself to go through terrible anxiety each time I had to fly. I drove everywhere for a while, but decided to make myself fly because I didn't want my fear to stop me from traveling. I credit Southwest's great record and the crew for helping me get through it. I guess it was because of the fun ,casual and relaxed way they interact with passengers..they made me feel that way too. Eventually I got over the fear and now love to travel, always on Southwest. And no, I am not an employee! Thanks and I look forward to my next trip.
PS, Great commercials!

My daughter is one of your pilots, loves her job and thinks the company is the best to work for.

LOVE Southwest.....we stopped flying with them because they didn't allow small dogs in the cabin. But, now they do again and we're back! Fabulous airline!

I've always loved Southwest...as a matter of fact, just two years ago, I found out Southwest had a huge terminal in the middle of a cornfield in Illinois (Midway) when I landed there! The flight personnel are just down-right obliging and make you feel safe. Finally, Southwest is everywhere...I turn the computer on and you're there. Please leave me alone for a while!!!

For the longest time I avoided flying SW because of the method in which your seat was chosen. I like to seat up front and wrongly thought I would get blocked out.
I finally made a SW airline flight and have been hooked ever since. I can not say enough about the professional, friendly manner of all of the SW family of employees.
I will not fly any other airline (if possible) and the new seating system is a breeze.
I am still amazed at the patience of the attendents while everyone is trying to fit their overhead baggage in the bins, and the flight still takes off on time!!
To bad more companies are not run this way.
Thanks

I love your commercials! It makes waiting a lot of fun. These are so much better than someone
telling you to go to a website to get all the information you need. THAT IS NOT TRUE! There are some things websites do not answer. All we need now is to have my "cousin" Herb
making one of those commercials. He is super and I miss having him at Southwest. It so
happens I had started my agency a few years before Southwest was born and Herb calls me
"Cousin Stella".....

At some point, you did not have these commercials but I am happy they are back.

What about your flight attendant who tried out for American Idol? He was on our flight - and he was great! His whole crew was great, too.
