I have a family of 5 and we are going skiing for Christmas. We chose our flight specifically based on your no baggage fee policy. Great idea, great marketing, and way to leave the other airlines in your dust!

Bags fly free, but kids don't. On top of a paid ticket SW charges a $20 handling fee (each way) for kids under the age of flying alone. Where is the love for the kids??

Who is the pretty girl on the Southwest commercial who tells the guy to ask Bobby. She is extremely pretty and I have seen her in the background of another commercial. She has shoulder length brown hair and nice bright teeth.
