Am I bi-winning? We may never know, but we do know what's winning on Nuts About Southwest. It's green memories, Adele, and some frequently asked questions about our All New Rapid Rewards program. And some comments from the peanut gallery.

took my 88 year old mom to Columbus Ohio airport for a trip to Florida via southwest airlines. i was worried about getting her a wheelchair in
Columbus and in Tampa when she landed. the skycaps in Columbus wer'e more than helpful . got mom into a wheelchair and looked after her needs and arranged for a wheelchair to meet her in Tampa. that made mom feel safe and me feel good!....... thanks southwest and the skycaps.
I used to be "nuts" about SW - I have been trying for two days to book a ticket with my rewards - can't be done! Also forget about tyring to call in - tried (3) different times and after 1/2 hour each time have given up. I will no longer fly Southwest for business or personal.
I have been waiting for you to open up Syracuse NY. The state is full of colleges and universities and Syracuse would be a perfect site to encourage travel for these students and faculty. Additionally the residents of Upstate NY and northern Pennsylvania who loathe to travel to large cities would go to Syracuse for a chance to visit relatives in South Carolina, Florida and other of your flights around the nation. It would also be a boon to those of us who want to visit the beautiful Lakes regions and Southern Tier, not to mention strengthen their economies. This is nothing but a win-win situation. Southwest, please fly to Syracuse!
