PHL needs a bigger ticket counter NOW!

Thanks for the feedback, Todd. We're looking forward to the final outcome of the ticket counter construction in PHL: more counter space in addition to expanded queuing room (already more than last year, believe it or not).

SUch a great story! I Love Southwest

Kate

I just flew Delta 5000 miles. Not a very pleasant experience, poor communication, crowded planes, grouchy flight attendant. Deterioration in service since Delta took over Northwest.

I wonder if that ticketing counter is still there. Probably not due to security reasons.

If you're going to go back to the 80s then lets go back to when you weren't taxing the most loyal fliers you have. The weekly or biweekly Unaccompanied Minors that can now no longer fly because of the $100 per trip. What difference does a bag flying free matter when the cost of a ticket has now doubled. We are no longer flying our daughter (who booked at least 20+ flights a year). I wish you would reconsider.
